Free Consultation: SS Irrigation offers a free initial consultation to assess your irrigation needs and provide a customised quote.
Quotes: Any quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated. Quotes may be subject to change based on unforeseen factors, such as site conditions or additional services requested after the quote has been issued.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Booking: All service bookings are subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.
Rescheduling or Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. SS Irrigation reserves the right to charge a fee for last-minute cancellations or repeated rescheduling.
4. Payments
Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept EFTPOS, bank transfer, and credit card payments. Any fees associated with payment processing (e.g., credit card surcharges) will be clearly communicated at the time of payment.
Late Payments: Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may incur a late fee or interest charges, and continued non-payment may result in service suspension or legal action.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
SS Irrigation stands behind the quality of our work and the products we install. All installations come with a 12-month workmanship warranty covering defects in installation. Product Warranties: Irrigation components, such as pumps, pipes, and sprinklers, are covered by manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 12 to 36 months. If a product is faulty, we will assist you in processing any claims with the manufacturer. Exclusions: Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or external factors such as extreme weather conditions.
6. Maintenance and Repairs
Maintenance Services: Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure the longevity and performance of your irrigation system. We offer maintenance packages to help prevent costly repairs and keep your system in optimal condition.
Repairs: SS Irrigation offers repair services for irrigation systems we install, as well as systems installed by other providers.
7. Liability
While SS Irrigation takes all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and durability of our work, we are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Damages or delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, material shortages, or unforeseen site issues.
Any damage to landscaping, property, or structures caused by the failure or malfunction of an irrigation system unless directly caused by our negligence.
8. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
Providing accurate information about your irrigation needs, property details, and any specific requirements.
Ensuring clear access to the site for installation, repairs, or maintenance.
Informing SS Irrigation of any existing property restrictions or issues, such as underground utilities, that could affect the project.
