HOTA Greenbridge and Art Gallery Refurbishment

Project Summary:
The newly completed contemporary HOTA Art Gallery is home to the City of Gold Coast’s extensive collection of art and cultural artefacts and hosts a range of local and international exhibitions.

SS Irrigation was engaged to deliver the full irrigation scope supporting the external areas of the HOTA Art Gallery precinct.

Coomera Westfield
Shopping Centre

Client: Scentre Group

Project Summary:
As part of the extensive works delivered across the precinct—including playground facilities, BBQ shelters, fencing, softfall and artificial turf, timber structures, shade systems and internal gardens and pots system—the irrigation installation stands as a critical component in maintaining the site’s long-term appeal and performance.

SS Irrigation installed a fully integrated, WiFi enabled irrigation system tailored to the unique layout and microclimates of the precinct.

443 Queen Street

Project Summary:
43 Queen St represents a new benchmark for subtropical living as Brisbane’s first premium subtropical residential tower. Home to 264 high-quality apartments with sweeping views across the river and city, the building sets a new standard in amenity, lifestyle and design excellence.

A key contributor to the success of its elevated green spaces is the irrigation design and installation delivered by SS Irrigation.

Queens Wharf Precinct

Project Summary:
Project Summary: SS Irrigation is proud to have delivered the complete irrigation installation for the award-winning Queen’s Wharf Precinct—one of Queensland’s most significant urban transformations. Spanning Riverline Park, Waterline Park, Queens Wharf Promenade and the Tower 4 landscape areas, the system supports some of Brisbane’s most prominent public and recreational spaces.

Purpose-built for the scale and complexity of the precinct, the irrigation system provides fully automated watering across all green spaces, ensuring year-round plant health and presentation.

Griffin Sports Complex

Client: Moreton Bay Regional Council / City of Moreton Bay
Modern community sporting venue and the home ground for North Lakes District Rugby League Football Club and Queensland OzTag.

SS Irrigation delivered a fully integrated rainwater harvesting and mains water pumping solution, including storage tanks, pump infrastructure, and complete irrigation works across every sporting ground throughout the facility.

With constraints including flooding and challenging ground conditions, well-designed irrigation and coordination with civil works ensures critical turf performance and recovery for this high-use sporting facility.
